Lauren Pevehouse, Esq.
Minnesota Estate Planning and Family Law Attorney
Lauren Pevehouse is a Minnesota attorney dedicated to protecting families and guiding clients through some of the most personal and life-altering legal matters they will ever face. As the founder of Lauren Pevehouse Law, she focuses her practice on estate planning and family law for individuals and families in St. Paul and throughout the Twin Cities.
Lauren began her legal career representing families during times of transition and conflict, and she quickly developed a reputation for combining strong advocacy with genuine compassion. She understands that legal challenges involving your children, your home, or your legacy are not simply cases — they are deeply personal experiences that deserve thoughtful attention and strategic care.
In her estate planning practice, Lauren helps clients prepare comprehensive wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives designed to protect loved ones and preserve assets. She also assists families with probate planning and strategies to help safeguard homes and life savings from long-term care costs.
Lauren’s family law work centers on divorce, child custody, parenting time, and post-decree modifications. She provides steady guidance during emotionally overwhelming situations, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and empowered at every step. Lauren believes it is her responsibility as an attorney to give her clients what they are entitled to under Minnesota law and to advocate firmly and ethically on their behalf.
Beyond her legal practice, Lauren is deeply committed to her local community and the development of future advocates. She volunteers regularly at the Washington County Law Library, assisting individuals who need guidance navigating legal resources and court processes. She also serves as a coach for the Chisago Lakes High School Mock Trial Team, mentoring students in legal reasoning, courtroom skills, and confidence in public advocacy.
Clients value Lauren for her honesty, attention to detail, and deeply empathetic approach. She listens carefully, explains complex legal issues clearly, and creates tailored legal strategies focused on long-term stability and protection for families.
Lauren Pevehouse Law proudly serves clients throughout Chisago County, St. Paul, Minneapolis, Woodbury, Maplewood, Stillwater, and surrounding Minnesota communities.
When your family, your future, and your legacy matter most, Lauren provides trusted legal guidance you can rely on.
